Jul 25, 2011 · Try this: 1 - Type folder into your Start menu's search box to find and open the Folder Options. 2 - From the View tab, choose to show hidden files and folders, then click Apply. 3 - Edit the Program Files (x86) folder to no longer be hidden. 4 - Back in the Folder Options, turn hidden files back off, then click OK.
