The NCCN Guidelines for Prostate Cancer now include triplet therapy with ADT, docetaxel, and 1 of 2 secondary hormone therapies (abiraterone or darolutamide) for the treatment of metastatic castration-sensitive disease. The panel encourages use of these triplet options for patients with high-volume disease who are fit for chemotherapy.
